Reading List & Review planner inserts

Here's a quickie for you. 

I wanted to find a way to list the books I wanted, and keep track of whether I've bought them, whether started them, whether I've finished them (does anyone else have the problem where they have shelves full of unfinished books? Comment below!), a rating out of 5 and whether I've posted a review. 

Below each main list entry there is a space to summarise the plot or topic of the book - I'd pop in genre and basic storyline/topic outline - and another space to jot down a minimal review, which can be used to formulate a review for Amazon, Blogs, Vlogs, even a book club if you're in one.

Here's a snapshot of a bland edition - I will later use this to fit in with different themes I'll create.

Don't forget to set the printer to double sided, landscape, flip on short edge if you have the option. I will warn you - I haven't been able to test this myself just yet as my printer ran out of ink doing my superschedule (click here), but it should be okay. If you have any problems getting the front and back to match up comment below and I'll talk you though fixing it, or I'll fix it for you.
