Filofax / Paperchase personal planner reorganisation

So... this bad boy's a bit messy huh? For my main daily organisation it's doing fine, but the rest of it's a mess. I think it's time for a good reshuffle?I've not finished but here's the beginning.

I started by taking EVERYTHING out and spreading it out... photo time...
First I sorted everything already in my planner and everything on standby into piles as follows, after removing my payslips which belonged elsewhere ...
Dividers

I have some here from the original paperchase planner: Information, Agenda, Planner, Diary, Addresses and Notes - Can someone please please tell me the difference between Agenda, Planner and Diary? Ok, never mind I found this on yahoo answers here
A diary is where written descriptions of daily events that HAVE ALREADY PASSED. Usually you date the page and describe what happened that day.
An agenda is a plan for the PRESENT. "today's agenda involves hearing from guest speaker Professor J." It can also be a list of activities that are going to happen that day. When someone says, "I have an agenda for today" usually means they have a series of events planned that need to be done.
A Planner is similar to agenda accept that it is a plan for the FUTURE. A planner is a book (or electrical device with a "planner" program such as cell phones and computers) that usually have a weekly section and a monthly section. In the weekly section is divided into 7 parts (7 days of the week) that have room to write events that are coming up.
And this, also from Yahoo answers but here:

Diary:
a book with spaces for each day of the year
in which you can write down things you have
to do in the future:
a desk diary
I’ll make a note of our next meeting in my diary.
2 a book in which you can write down the experiences
you have each day, your private thoughts, etc.:
Do you keep a diary (= write one regularly)?
Agenda:
a list of items to be discussed at a meeting:
The next item on the agenda is the publicity budget.
For the government, education is now at the top of
the agenda (= most important).
In our company, quality is high on the agenda.
Newspapers have been accused of trying to
set the agenda for the government (= decide what is important).
Planner
a book, computer program, etc. that contains dates
and is used for recording information, arranging meetings, etc.

Oxford Advanced Learners dictionary.
But I still don't know how I'm going to use  these sections myself. Really, I just stick to the Diary section and everything is there. I'll probably be renaming dividers. I also have some dividers from a planner I had when I was a kid: Timetable, Diary, Notes, Directory and More Notes. Definitely Renaming! I have a little inspirational/motivational quotes page, a divider from a birthday card, some postcards and some random patterned card dividers, plus my plastic "Today" marker - I have another one of those somewhere, I'm not sure what I've done with it. I decided to put 3 of the postcards in the recycling, and still may not end up using what I have already.

NOTE PAPER
Of course any kind of note paper can easily be added in if needed - I may actually prefer a swing pad in the back pocket and should be doing a tutorial on that soon - once I figure out how to do it myself

DIARY/PLANNER/CALENDAR stuff
There is a lot. Left to right, top to bottom:

  • pullout annual leave planner (2013 on one side, 2014 on the reverse),
  • year calendar at a glance (as previous),
  • dates pages (a couple lines for each month, one double sided sheet for 2013, same for 2014),
  • timetable (about a third of a page for each day, half as much for Saturday/ Sunday, and enough for 3 different weeks)
  • year planner (2013-14, 2 months to a page)
  • day planner (undated, space for day, date, appointments by time, to do list by priority and remember tasks on one side, and note on the other - I have a 6 mm pile thick of these)
  • super schedule pages (week to a view, showing each day by the hour, plus each task by category for each day - download it here this currently goes to the start of December 2013)
  • week to a view diary (this lasts to the start of January 2015 so it's about 1 cm thick)
  • undated week to a page diary (got this from my old planner from when I was a kid)

Gotta figure out what I need and don't need and where I need it. Fun (!)
Budgeting stuff
Here we have :

  • my wishlist (categorised by Essential, Useful and Treat),
  • my budget (currently on grid paper but soon to be printed from MS Excel)
  • my expenditure log, which shows everything I've bought and enables me to add up each category as I go along.

I also have some random receipts which need to be logged and some vouchers I was rewarded from work for being simply fabulous - they can all go in here.

Blog Stuff
This blurry image shows the bloggy stuff I have at the moment:

  • Social Media Stats tracker
  • Reading List and Review
  • Blog Post Ideas

I intend on adding to this as much as possible, starting with a product review page, a dedicated blog post idea list, and a blog post draft template.

Body/Exercise
There's the fitness goal tracking insert on the left- as you can see I've not even started. Might scrap it and start afresh. There's also a year to view pull out planner to track what I have done. I'm so unmotivated. I'm going to put some motivational words, images, and a dedicated workout idea section.

Addresses
I've had to cover the ones on the left up, they are my work contact details, and my "who to go to for info" section. My job, more so than any normal job, means going to a lot of different folks for a lot of different stuff, and I'm constantly adding to this list. I also have blank name and address inserts which came with the paperchase planner and blank but detailed inserts from my kids planner. Oh I nearly forgot, I tore the essential contacts I put down from when I was switching phones and I'll keep those in here, in case my phone dies on me or something.

Stationery!
I would like to include as much of the above stationery as possible! What I'll probably do though, is use the ones on the stationery insert and when they finish, replace them with the relevant thing. I'll probably keep the light bulbs and top mini post its in the planner pockets, make extra storage space for the pens and pencils, and stick in loads of paperclips too. I have some adorable vintagey effect sticky tabs too but I don't know where I've put them :/ Oh wait I just found them!

Random Informative Things
No other way to describe this section. Left to Right, Top then Bottom:

  • pull out London Underground map - I know you can get it on your phone thesedays, and it's at every underground. But sometimes paper is just easier and more reliable
  • this was my timesheet record for when I was agency, but now I am permanent and have flexi time, so I clock in an out at a machine which shows what I do everyday and whether I'm up or down on my hours for that 4 week period. I'll probably chuck the old pages out and use this for planning my working hours to build up flexi leave - but maybe with some adjustments to the design
  • a little bit of wedding planning - obviously most of this has a dedicated a4 lever arch file, but I want a dedicated section of my planner to keep track of the main things
  • a list of recommended mediation from my doctor with regards to my "sinus/allergy" issues
  • the personal data section that came as standard with my filofax - I will make my own of these
  • a post it from work of some stuff to remember
  • a letter of consent with regards to my rented car space for work - always needs to be with me in case of emergency

Is that it? I think that's it!
Other possible future sections:

  • recipes
  • diys to try
  • chore checklist/planner (on it's way I swear)
  • dietary checklist (8 glasses a day, 5 a day etc)
  • "to file" section

world = my oyster ?

So I then I piled everything neatly into its new group because I had other chores to do and this was in the way, so here's a blurry and pointless pic:

You'll note there's some qtips and a plaster there, plus some bodyshop perfume testers, I though I could use those for tabs. I'll also have some stamps on standby. Lord knows what else.

I'll post soon on how I put everything back.
